It all began with a simple search — a search for land that still remembers how to breathe freely. We found it here, in the village of Arkovna. Amid the stillness of this pristine region, far from industrial noise, we created GV Field & Fork not merely as a farm, but as a sanctuary for genuine, pure flavor.
We believe that great cuisine demands honesty. That is why our fields have no room for pesticides, heavy machinery, or compromise. Every bed is tended by hand, and every plant receives individual attention — from the seed to the early morning harvest.
This uncompromising approach has opened the doors of haute gastronomy to us. Today, our artichokes, fennel, spaghetti squash, and rhubarb travel directly from Arkovna to the kitchens of leading restaurants across Europe.
